We are looking for a persuasive, organised Marketing Conversion Officer to attract prospective students, build relationships with schools and turn enquiries into registered clients.
Responsibilities
- Promote our international admissions, visa and test-preparation services.
- Follow up on enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
- Explain our services clearly and guide interested clients towards registration and payment.
- Visit schools, develop partnerships and support recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and submit activity and conversion reports.
- Meet agreed targets and coordinate client handovers to the Admissions and Visa teams.
Requirements

Relevant qualification and experience in marketing, sales or client conversion.

Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Ability to build relationships with schools, parents and prospective students.

Confidence using WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets and CRM tools.

Professionalism, integrity and a track record of meeting targets.

Experience in education consultancy or student recruitment is an advantage.
