About the Role

Accenture's Sourcing & Procurement team seeks a Marketing Consultant at a mid-to-senior level to help clients develop strategies and operating models that advance procurement capabilities and drive bottom-line impact, particularly in marketing categories. You will work in a digitally-forward, client-facing environment to deliver measurable value through cost-out, category management, and procurement excellence. What You'll Do

  • Develop robust sourcing strategies and recommendations based on client needs and category insights.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to produce actionable insights and deliverables for client decision-making.
  • Manage project plans and drive delivery of client work and deliverables.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders; support marketing center of excellence by creating POVs, case studies, whitepapers to capture knowledge.
  • Travel 10-40% as required to support client engagements.
    What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects, including Marketing negotiations.
  • At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to develop/interpret complex analytical models.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience); associate degree requires minimum 6 years.
  • Marketing category and procurement expertise in subcategories: Creative Agencies, Media Buying & Planning, PR Agencies, Experiential Agencies, Market Research, MarTech, Digital/Social Marketing, Commercial Print, Promotional Items.
  • Bonus: Management consulting experience; client-facing; experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics); MBA or equivalent; strong problem-solving, communication, and multi-project capabilities; self-starter mindset.   • Compensation varies by location; examples include California: $70,350-$205,800; Cleveland (OH): $59,100+. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability coverage, 401(k), bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off.
