About the Role The Marketing Automation Specialist will support all aspects of marketing automation at JB Hunt. Under routine supervision, the role analyzes data from multiple sources to report on campaign effectiveness and promotes utilization of the company's marketing technology stack. The position also develops programs and assists with implementing automation campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Promote QA and audience building by reviewing campaign details and identifying potential issues
- Compile and analyze data from campaign results in the automation platform to identify opportunities and propose recommendations
- Support senior team members in architecting automated campaigns
- Analyze data to improve data flow efficiency
- Contribute to best practices for building campaigns
- Build programs used within campaigns; assist in building workflows, customer journeys, and implementing automation features
- Monitor marketing KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools to track ROI, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Ensure branding and messaging consistency across marketing channels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing automation best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend solutions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience with marketing automation tools, data analytics, or related field
- Experience using Marketing Automation tools
- Experience with Email Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Data Management
- Experience with CRM tools including reporting and field management
- Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas through various mediums
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Knowledge of approaches and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving operations or process problems
- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
- Ability to develop and track challenging goals that support business strategies
