Context & Environment
Join the Marketing & Services branch of TotalEnergies within its affiliate in Portugal.
TotalEnergies Marketing Portugal is a human-sized affiliate. Its activity is dedicated to lubricants in the B2B market. The affiliate is integrated into the Iberian hub covering Spain and Portugal.
You will work closely with local teams, Spain, and headquarters. You will support the deployment of the affiliate’s marketing activities and contribute to digital initiatives, communication projects, and local events.

Activities

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Update content on the TotalEnergies Marketing Portugal website.
Optimize the Portuguese website’s SEO performance.
Analyze online search trends to enrich digital content.
Manage Analytics tools and monitor digital performance indicators.
Oversee content for the Portuguese blog.
Adapt communication materials for the Portuguese market.
Implement the affiliate’s promotional action plan.
Contribute to the development of the Quartz Auto Service network in Portugal.
Organize events, trade fairs, conventions, and customer meetings.
Coordinate suppliers and partners involved in marketing activities.
Candidate Profile
You hold a Master’s degree (minimum Bac+5 equivalent) in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
You have a first operational experience in marketing or communication with highly versatile responsibilities.

You have skills in:

You are proficient in the following tools:

PowerPoint;
Adobe InDesign; Canva or equivalent tools;
Excel.
Knowledge of web analytics tools would be an advantage.
You are fluent in Portuguese (minimum C1 level). A minimum B2 level in English is required. A minimum B2 level in French is also required. Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.
Travel by car is required. A company vehicle will be provided by the affiliate.
TotalEnergies’ Marketing & Services (M&S) branch ensures the supply and marketing of petroleum products and services, low-carbon fuels, and new mobility solutions. It supports both business customers, such as those in transportation, industry, and agriculture, and private customers through its network of service stations and electric vehicle charging points.
