Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support a healthcare organization in New York, New York through a Contract assignment. This role focuses on coordinating promotional efforts across digital and direct channels while helping maintain consistent brand presence and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing campaign-related activities, event support, and social media execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and carry out marketing initiatives across email, social platforms, and direct outreach channels.

• Assist with the planning and on-site support of events to help ensure smooth execution and strong audience engagement.

• Prepare, schedule, and monitor email communications that align with campaign goals and brand standards.

• Support day-to-day promotional activities by tracking timelines, organizing materials, and maintaining campaign assets.

• Contribute to social media efforts by helping develop posts, manage publishing schedules, and monitor engagement activity.

• Work with internal stakeholders to keep marketing projects moving forward and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

• Help evaluate campaign performance by gathering basic metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, event details, and outreach efforts for reporting and follow-up.

• Experience supporting marketing programs, campaigns, or related promotional activities.

• Working knowledge of email marketing and social media coordination.

• Ability to assist with event logistics and multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across teams.

• Familiarity with direct marketing efforts and general campaign execution.

• Proficiency with standard business and marketing tools used for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
