About this role
We are looking for a Marketing and Events Manager to build the visibility of our real estate projects in Tashkent. You will plan and run marketing campaigns and events, manage partnerships and media activity, and work closely with the sales team to attract qualified buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns for our real estate projects
- Organise project launches, client events and presentations from concept to delivery
- Manage relationships with local media and coordinate press and advertising placements
- Plan and oversee outdoor advertising campaigns
- Develop partnerships with brands, venues and business communities
- Select, brief and manage agencies, contractors and suppliers
- Plan and control marketing and event budgets
- Track campaign and event results and report on their effectiveness
Requirements
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in real estate, premium brands or hospitality
- A portfolio of events you have organised yourself, with examples you can present
- Experience with local media, outdoor advertising and partnership marketing
- Proven experience in managing contractors and budgets
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Fluent Russian and fluent Uzbek
- Good English
