Summary We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s loan products, generating new customers, developing leads, and supporting customer acquisition efforts. The desired candidate must have experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers.
• Generate new leads and customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert inquiries into successful applications.
• Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and applications.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role.

• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Must be proactive, confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to carry out field marketing and customer acquisition activities.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
