About the Role Market Manager is responsible for the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory. You will focus on building strong relationships with these hosts, helping them optimize their listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance their overall success on Airbnb. What You'll Do
- Build and manage a book of business in your assigned territory, including vacation rental areas such as Kawaguchi-ko, Karuizawa, Izu, Hakuba, and Awaji.
- Manage professional host accounts and oversee supply acquisition to maintain high-quality listings.
- Collaborate with the Supply Team to drive retention, growth, and optimization of hosts and rising hosts.
- Advise hosts on optimizing listings and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. What We're Looking For
- Experience managing professional host accounts or supply acquisition.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with partner-facing roles.
- Ability to drive business growth in a defined geographic territory and analyze performance data to improve outcomes.
- Familiarity with vacation rental markets in Japan (preferred).
