About the Role Market Manager for Corgi Cafe owns the day-to-day operations across multiple locations, preventing small issues from becoming leadership problems. You’ll coordinate repairs, maintenance, cleaning, pest control, signage, trash, and supply issues; escalate when needed, and roll up your sleeves to keep cafes safe, clean, and presentable. What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day operational problems across multiple cafe locations to maintain consistent performance.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, equipment issues, cleaning, pest control, signage, trash, and supply issues.
- Escalate serious issues quickly and clearly; be willing to do hands-on work when needed.
- Keep cafes operational, safe, and presentable; support Store Managers and multi-location teams in labor, inventory, waste, scheduling, training, and profitability.
