Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a Market Executive to:

• develop the strategic direction and relevant business model for their specific area of responsibility and for implementation, including development of key goals, targets and priorities.

• is recognized as a role model and creates a positive team-identity, leading, inspiring and guiding others toward a vision that builds Market capabilities

• evaluates and mitigates risk, ensuring that compliance fits with existing regulations in addition to financial targets

• analyzes the local market conditions and supports decision processes

• coaches all Market Directors, Financial Advisors, and other team members and ensure appropriate training and development measures using results-oriented measurement and full transparency in communication

• monitor and resolve (in collaboration with partners) escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks

• partner with the management team to manage day-to-day activities

• The team

• You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas led by US Wealth Management Director. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You'll lead the Los Angeles Market team, reporting directly to the division director. You'll manage a group of branch managers and financial advisors across this market acting as a coach on all aspects of their roles.

• Your skills and experience

• ideally 12-15 years of experience with a leading financial institution proven leadership experience in the industry

• FINRA Registrations: Series 3 (where applicable) Series 7, 66, 9, and 10

• life and Health Insurance license

• motivated, self-directed and driven

• skilled at creating a positive business culture

• result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)

• Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - California - Los Angeles min USD 250000 - max USD 400000 /annum

• The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
