About the Role Market Cook at Lepp Farm Market is a full-time, onsite role at 33955 Clayburn Road, focused on preparing meals and features for grab-and-go and in-store service. You will batch-cook soups, prepare lunch features, and contribute to seasonal offerings while ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction. You will also engage guests with cooking suggestions and help them cook meals from scratch, reflecting our fanatical day maker mindset. What You'll Do
- Batch cook soups, prepare grab & go meals, and cook the day’s lunch features
- Help create seasonal features and continually learn new recipes
- Be a fanatical daymaker, offering suggestions on how to cook items and helping guests cook meals from scratch What We're Looking For
- Full-time with weekend and weekday availability
- Professional Cook Level One or relevant professional kitchen experience preferred
- Food Safe Level One required
- Culinary training and cooking experience (especially from scratch); desire to develop your skills further
- Excellent communication, integrity and respect for others Nice to Have
