About the Role Michelin is offering a Market Access Trainee internship in Voluntari, Romania. This six-month, hybrid program provides hands-on exposure to market access activities and gives you mentorship to develop practical skills for a future career at Michelin. This is a 6-month, full-time opportunity with potential to extend at the end of the term. What You'll Do
- Learn intensively about Michelin, our products and way of doing things; put that knowledge into practice in real business scenarios.
- Work together with colleagues and your mentor, until you gain independence for your own projects.
- Support ECA Distribution activities, targeted operational tasks to improve efficiency and process management for the assigned perimeter.
- Manage and coordinate, under close supervision, the Distribution Dealer Signalization initiative at regional level; implement dealer-specific signalization projects in collaboration with Territory Sales, Procurement, Legal and Marketing.
- Provide support in segmenting the key regional Wholesaler's sell-out—Sub-Dealer database to identify the right granularity and classification between dealer profiles (Tire Specialists / E-retailers / VASP / Car Dealers). What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Any prior experience in BTL, media or printing agency is considered an advantage. Compensation & Benefits
