About the Role L3Harris is seeking a Marine Electrician Journeyman to support defense and naval programs, delivering reliable electrical systems for marine platforms. The role contributes to customers’ mission-critical needs and the company's end-to-end technology solutions across space, air, land, sea and cyber domains. What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical systems on marine platforms.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuitry, wiring, and controls; interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Document work performed and coordinate with cross-functional teams and ship crews.
- Support field deployments and on-site maintenance in marine environments. What We're Looking For
- Journeyman-level qualifications in marine electrical work or equivalent experience.
- Experience with marine electrical systems, wiring, schematics, and testing.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and teamwork.
