About the Role Join Wiser's MAP Enforcement team to monitor pricing policies, detect below-MAP pricing, issue strike notices, and provide live compliance dashboards that protect profits and partner trust. This role focuses on automated monitoring across sites, apps, and marketplaces to safeguard branding and margins.
What You'll Do
- Monitor prices across sites, apps, and marketplaces 24/7 to detect below-MAP violations
- Flag unauthorized sellers and gray-market listings early to protect brand equity
- Send strike notices using pre-built templates, reducing outreach time from days to minutes
- Track violations and trends by seller, SKU, and region using configurable dashboards
- Act on violations by issuing notices and watching compliance rise in real-time
- Provide actionable insights to leadership and strengthen retailer trust in pricing integrity
What We're Looking For
- Experience with price monitoring, enforcement, or pricing compliance in e-commerce or retail
- Analytical mindset with ability to read dashboards, trends, and impact
- Familiarity with marketplaces and sellers across sites, apps, and marketplaces
- Strong written and verbal communication for notices and stakeholder coordination
