About the Role
Volt is hiring multiple Manufacturing Test Leads in Fremont, CA. As a Manufacturing Test Lead, you will oversee and serve as a team lead to teams of 20+ Manufacturing Test Operators, set up production lines, delegate work orders, ensure on-time completion, and issue reports on failure issues of servers. You will also assist with streamlining processes and increasing efficiency. What You'll Do

Test Operators pick up servers from assembly line and roll them to testing areas (walking up to 10,000 steps a day), load servers into racks, perform quality tests on servers, test failed servers What We're Looking For

1+ year of lead experience in a manufacturing environment

Must have strong computer skills – documenting in Excel

Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test) Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
