Manufacturing Technologist / Maintenance Technician
About the Role
You’ll work closely with Production, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to maintain and improve equipment performance. This is a hands-on role with real impact—ensuring our operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and performance of plant equipment and manufacturing systems

Diagnose faults and resolve issues through structured problem-solving approaches

Assist with installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of new and existing equipment
-
Ensure availability of critical spare parts through effective inventory management
-
Complete planned preventative maintenance activities to high safety and quality standards
-
Contribute to audits by providing accurate technical documentation and insights
-
Collaborate across teams to ensure clear communication and smooth operations

What We’re Looking For
-

Essential:
- Trade qualification (ideally electrical or mechanical) or a 3rd Level Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering and experience within Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical.
Desirable (but not required):
- Multi-skilled certification or further technical qualifications
- Experience with mechanical systems, PLCs, robotics, or automation
- Exposure to pneumatics, hydraulics, or low-voltage control systems
