About the Role Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production operations at our facility in Tainan City, Taiwan. This role helps ensure efficient manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and adherence to quality and safety standards. What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the production line.
- Assist with setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance as needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and escalate when necessary.
- Follow standard operating procedures and conduct basic quality checks.
- Document production data and participate in process improvements. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings or specifications and use basic measuring tools.
- Strong team player with good communication and safety awareness.
