Manufacturing Technician
Our Lebanon, NH client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for their team. If you have experience providing technical training to manufacturing personnel, then consider this full-time, first-shift role with every other Friday off!
Responsibilities
- Guide and direct the technical activity within a production line
- Provide technical training to personnel on product/process SOPs and all manufacturing related documentation
- Identify and troubleshoot challenges with regards to process, equipment setup, and documentation
- Monitor NCR, identify tooling out of calibration/compliance, and assist with root cause analysis
- Assist with introduction of new products and processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in overseeing manufacturing processes

Associate level degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated experience in training technical material

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Proficient with computer and ERP systems
