About the Role The Manufacturing Technician/Maintenance Staff will fix or maintain equipment in a specific module and perform diverse tasks to improve the performance of the tissue - boil process. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and 5S standard adherence.
What You'll Do
- Follow the standard operation process for safety, quality and 5S.
- Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
- Fix the problem when the devices are damaged or do the maintenance of the machine.
- Take responsibility to identify issues and implement fixes. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
