About the Role The Manufacturing Technical Supervisor (Operations) leads a team of technicians responsible for operations, equipment maintenance, and repair in manufacturing facilities. This role owns safety, quality, scheduling, and conflict resolution among staff and stakeholders, and assists in resolving operational, safety, and security issues. Regular onsite presence is required to support operational needs for onsite essential roles and to manage the flow of work across factories.
What You'll Do
- Manage and lead a team of technicians overseeing operations, equipment maintenance, and repair in manufacturing facilities.
- Own safety, quality, scheduling, and conflict resolution amongst staff and other stakeholders; assist in resolving operational, safety, and security issues.
- Oversee flow of work through factories to optimize production throughput.
- Ensure regular onsite presence to support operational needs for onsite essential roles.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading a team of technicians in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, scheduling, and conflict resolution, with ability to coordinate among staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve operational, safety, and security issues and support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Willingness and ability to be onsite regularly as part of onsite essential roles.
