About the Role This role leads the planning, organizing, and execution of people, materials, equipment and processes in a manufacturing environment to achieve safety, quality, delivery and profit goals. You will apply lean tools and techniques to continuously improve safety, cost, quality, and efficiency in your area. What You'll Do

  • Plan, organize and lead people, materials, equipment and processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and profit targets.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following CNH safety programs, policies and regulations.
  • Supervise hourly employees in the production of parts, components and finished goods; develop and implement corrective actions when targets aren’t met.
  • Produce quality parts and finished goods that meet established quality goals.
  • Administer operating budgets and monitor results to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Audit inventory levels for accuracy and maintain proper levels.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to improve safety, efficiency, quality and costs; lead Kaizens and CI projects.
  • Develop positive employee relations within company policy; support HR activities such as selection, pay administration, counseling, training, performance reviews, and policy administration.
  • Coordinate maintenance of equipment to meet the work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain time standards with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure fair and accurate standards.
  • Implement company strategies and process changes at the operations level. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree with three (3) years of Supervising/Manufacturing experience, or a High School diploma with five (5) years of Supervising/Manufacturing experience.
  • Experience applying lean manufacturing tools and techniques; strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to supervise hourly employees and maintain positive employee relations; ability to work with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting and process improvements; ability to administer time standards with Manufacturing Engineering. Nice to Have

  • Salary range: CAD 64,000.00 - CAD 80,000.00 per year, plus any applicable bonus.
