About the Role As a Manufacturing Superintendent, you will lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations to deliver world‑class performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will provide direct leadership to production supervisors, technicians, and operators while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, talent development, and operational excellence aligned with business objectives. What You'll Do
- Lead daily production operations to meet EHS, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
- Supervise, coach, and develop production supervisors and team leads, building a strong pipeline of leadership talent.
- Drive safety excellence by ensuring adherence to all EHS standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze performance metrics (yield, scrap, throughput, OEE) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
