About the Role Molex Vietnam, a brand under KOCH Industries, is expanding with a new high-tech facility in Hung Yen. This role focuses on maintaining in-process manufacturing quality standards and ensuring standards and instructions are applied. It also involves organizing processes, inspections, audits, and improvements, evaluating in-process products and issuing abnormality reports. What You'll Do
- Establish and uphold in-process manufacturing quality standards and ensure instructions are followed.
- Organize and implement processes, inspections, audits, and improvements; evaluate in-process products and issue abnormality reports.
- Train and coach inspectors on product specifications, standards, machine and instrument setup and operation; limit samples preparation and submit for approval.
- Monitor in-process quality performance; control and improve defect rate, scrap, and inspection cost.
- Participate in setup and transfer of components/products into mass production.
- Align personal and section goals to achieve quality and delivery objectives.
- Ensure compliance with 5S & KAIZEN, Environmental Health & Safety, and protection of company assets.
- Support Molex International ISO and EH&S management systems by following policies and procedures. What We're Looking For
- Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry quality.
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Ability to read product drawings.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email. Compensation & Benefits
