Position Overview
Together with Team leader to assist department Managers to take charge of in-process quality so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality, productivity and output goals and improve. Location: Thang Long 2 IZ, Hung Yen (have shuttle bus from Hanoi/ Hai Duong/ Bac Ninh to factory)
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible of in-process manufacturing quality standards for oprtical products. Ensure the standards, instructions are applied.
- Organize and implement processes, inspection, audit, and improvement. Evaluate in-process product, analyse and issue abnormality report.
- Training and coaching subordinates for product specifications, standards, machines and instrument set-up and operations. Limit samples preparation and submit for approval.
