About the Role Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is expanding and seeking to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing and quality processes at our Chaska, MN facility. This role focuses on applying engineering principles to develop and improve systems and workflows to support rapid growth and high-quality outcomes. What You'll Do

- Experience in manufacturing and/or quality environments.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and drive process improvements.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to high-growth / expanding operations. Nice to Have
- Experience with Danaher Business System or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
