Manufacturing Project Manager (ONSITE) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in Austin, TX.
- Pay Rate: $30-34/hr
- ONSITE in Austin
- FIRST SHIFT
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.
- Ensure that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.
- Lead regular program reviews, readiness assessments, and risk management discussions.
- Communicate program status, risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Effectively engage with driving BOM uploads/CP request
- Launch schedule CRF (change request form) and update PUSH/DROP if applicable.
- Manage and track system ship dates and update the system push pout tracker accordingly.
- Close CRFs when project manager are the last approvers.
- Issue Delivery notes for completed projects.
- Paperwork refresher on systems that have been sitting in FGI but are approaching their ship date,
- Establish and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Quality, Product Engineering, Operations, and Program Management
- Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
Required:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a production environment
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
