About the Role Brose Group seeks a manufacturing project manager to plan and coordinate production processes and equipment, provide technical leadership to the project team, manage the overall project budget, and design workstations focusing on ergonomics and occupational safety. The role also involves preparing technical tender documents, evaluating supplier proposals, and creating layout plans using AutoCAD to ensure compliant and efficient manufacturing layouts. What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate production processes and equipment
- Lead project management activities with technical leadership to the project team
- Manage the overall project budget and ensure project objectives are met
- Design workstations with a strong focus on ergonomics and occupational safety
- Prepare technical tender documents/specifications, evaluate supplier proposals, and ensure compliance with requirements
- Create and maintain layout plans (AutoCAD) What We're Looking For
- Experience in production planning and manufacturing project management
- Strong technical leadership and project management skills
- Budget management experience and ability to meet objectives
- Focus on ergonomics and occupational safety in workstation design
