About the Role As Manufacturing Production Workers - Pre-weight, you will focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging). You will support production by preparing materials according to WO requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and keeping the pre-weight area clean, safe, and organized. What You'll Do
- Supply materials to production lines based on the WO request
- Double check the number of raw materials after weighing to ensure compliance with the WO request
- Clean and maintain 5S and safety conditions of the pre-weight area to ensure compliance with HSE policies
- Maintain equipment related (electronic scales, material containers, labeling equipment)
- Comply with EHSS policies
- Support other departments
- Run the Mill machine according to SOP and ensure suitability for each type of product
- Check production schedules to ensure there are no non-FTQ issues due to cleaning
- Report abnormal products or unsafe problems to Leader or Shift Leader for correction What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical engineering background preferred
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; powder coating experience advantageous
- Strong teamwork and the ability to meet deadlines; capable of working under regulations
- Active and observant
- Ability to work overtime
