About the Role As Manufacturing Production Workers - Milling, you will focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment (machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) to support efficient production. What You'll Do
- Run the Mill machine according to SOP and product type
- Check production schedules to ensure there are no non-FTQ issues due to cleaning
- Verify safety items using the checklist before operation; report unsafe equipment or conditions to the direct manager
- Report daily production metrics (NG, FG, additives, machine condition, etc.) to the production assistant for updates
- Communicate abnormal products or unsafe problems to the Leader or Shift Leader for corrective action
- Maintain 5S in the working area and support cleanliness and organization
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Directly report to the Production Shift Leader What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or an equivalent mechanical engineering background
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience; powder coating experience is advantageous
- Strong teamwork and ability to meet on-time regulations
- Active and observant with safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work overtime when required
