Job title: Manufacturing Planning Project Manager
About the Role The Manufacturing Planning Project Manager is a pivotal role within Logitech's Global Manufacturing Planning team, responsible for operationalizing the team's strategic vision. The role aims to centralize coordination to build a scalable, data-driven planning capability by combining rigorous project management with advanced data analytics.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic project execution and workflow management across manufacturing, supply chain, and IT.
- Collaborate with executives to translate strategic goals into clear tasks with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prioritize initiatives to focus on high-impact work and drive end-to-end project execution with cross-functional coordination.
- Manage rollout of new tools/processes and provide training to the planning team.
- Collect, organize, and analyze Global Manufacturing Planning data from ERP, MES, Kinaxis, Excel, etc.
- Design and maintain performance dashboards for improved decision making.
- Identify repetitive manual workflows and apply RPA or AI solutions to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline planning processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain ops, or technical project management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; strong self-motivation and execution ability.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Kinaxis RapidResponse, APS, or other SCM platforms.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- SQL skills; Python for data analysis and workflow automation; AI literacy/experience a plus.
