Job title: Manufacturing Operator
About the Role Solventum is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support Acera Surgical operations, focusing on manufacturing and inventory management. This role reports to the Director of Manufacturing Operations and contributes to safe, compliant production in a healthcare manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Supports manufacturing processes and executes operations per production instructions and guidelines.
- Operates production machinery/equipment following standard procedures and safety guidelines; adheres to GMP and clean room requirements.
- Ensures safety procedures are followed; follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Trains and follows procedures required for GMP or clean room manufacturing; tests and inspects for production-related issues.
- Communicates updates on production status; assists in troubleshooting issues; assists with on-site inventory management.
- Performs, organizes, and streamlines operational tasks to reduce errors; helps with upkeep of the manufacturing facility.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives; participates in special projects as needed.
- Able to flex and support cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Customer Service).
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start) or 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in clean room setting is a plus.
- Proven track record of adhering to safety practices.
- Demonstrated ability to meet required standards of GMPs.
- Experience following very specific instructions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $21.29 - $26.76/hour (USD).
