About the Role Regular onsite role in Penang, Malaysia, supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations. You will perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks, help develop, build and test new products or processes, and work to maximize efficiency while meeting industry standards and customer specifications. What You'll Do
- Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks, ensuring outputs meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Support developing, building, and testing new products, prototypes, or processes; operate equipment in-factory or remotely.
- Collect and evaluate operating data, adjust equipment, and optimize production efficiency.
- Set up and operate equipment following SOPs and good manufacturing practices; support installation, basic maintenance, and training of production equipment.
- Maximize equipment utilization and automated systems; work with Manufacturing Operations Manager and team to meet output requirements and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain raw material availability, conduct quality checks, drive process improvements, and maintain production logs and documentation. What We're Looking For
- Education: SPM, STPM, Non-Tech Diploma or equivalent; Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience; Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance; Familiarity with technical documentation and procedures.
- Other requirements: Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills; ability to work with precision instruments; basic understanding of mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic systems; good communication and teamwork abilities; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies; attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
