About the Role Join AbbVie's manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Operator responsible for setting up equipment for routine processes, operating complex equipment under supervision, monitoring production, and contributing to process improvements and compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Set up equipment for routine processes and operate assigned jobs under supervision.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain operating conditions within target ranges and communicate issues to the appropriate individuals.
- Learn departmental processes and work with certified or qualified Trainers to gain proficiency in equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing changes in physical operations and written documents.
