About the Role Independent oversight of overall production and warehouse operations with a strong focus on EHS management, team leadership, and building a cohesive production team. Develop production plans to ensure timely delivery and compliance, monitor efficiency and quality, and lead the team to achieve production goals through strategic oversight and cross-department collaboration.
What You'll Do

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MES/ERP postings (goods issue/receipt, WIP, finished goods movements); maintain BOM and routing integrity; coordinate with Finance on standard cost updates and production order settlement.
- Build, lead, and develop the production team; set expectations, coach, conduct performance reviews, and establish skills matrices and training plans to strengthen team cohesion.
- Provide strategic oversight distinct from other Production Leaders by aligning operations with business priorities, resource planning, and cross-line coordination.
- Foster cross-department collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and optimize production flow.
- Lead daily tier meetings and Gemba walks; escalate issues, coordinate downtime responses, and maintain accurate production records in MES/ERP.
- Drive Lean and Kaizen activities to eliminate waste; standardize work, improve changeover efficiency, and stabilize processes.
- Manage 5S and workplace organization; ensure equipment readiness via preventive maintenance coordination; manage consumables and critical spares.
- Uphold employee relations and compliance with labor policies; cultivate an engaged, safe, and inclusive team culture.
