Job title: Manufacturing Manager

About the Role Skyworks is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations, drive digital transformation, and standardize manufacturing practices to improve output, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily production activities, supervise production supervisors, line leaders, and operators; monitor workflow, manpower allocation, and production schedules; identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime; enforce safety, quality, and compliance across all shifts.
  • Manage material handling and inventory for MASK, DUMMY, and PROBE CARD materials; implement material tracking and waste reduction strategies.
  • Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives: implement data-driven production monitoring, develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, drive automation and smart manufacturing, and promote Lean/Six Sigma/PDCA methodologies.
  • Develop and standardize MFG running modes across all production areas; ensure consistency in workflows, procedures, and quality control; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production methodologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, planning, and logistics to align production with business demands; support new product introductions and process improvements.
  • Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, and downtime; generate regular reports and provide insights for decision-making; ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech production environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements.
  • Experience in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, and automation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, manufacturing dashboards, or data visualization/reporting tools for operational monitoring and decision-making.
  • Experience leading or supporting semiconductor digital transformation initiatives, including factory digitalization, process visibility improvement, or manufacturing data integration projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
