About the Role P&G Rakovník is offering a Manufacturing Internship/Trainee for engineering students to gain hands-on experience on a world-class FMCG production site. You will work on two areas: Production - Packing and Production - Making, with mentoring and training to build your capabilities from day one. Internship lasts 2-3 months full-time during the summer (June to September); Traineeship lasts at least 6 months with a minimum of 60% of working hours, available year-round.
What You'll Do
- Internship/Traineeship on the production floor meeting different challenges and contributing to the delivery of products and the startup of new equipment.
- Production - Packing: create studies of performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization); identify one or more key projects to achieve packing line performance targets; establish methods for solving technical problems; maintenance systematization; implement production management tools; participate in installation and startups of new equipment.
- Production - Making: study and analyze performance loss (equipment, organization, skills); ensure smooth communication between departments (logistics, packing, projects); craft learning programs for operators and team leaders; establish systematization tools; simplify processes and standardize work.
