Manufacturing Excellence Specialist
About this role
The Manufacturing Excellence Specialist position is the catalyst for continuous improvement projects and activities throughout the plant to deliver the annual targets and to deploy and sustain the Ball Manufacturing Excellence management system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for BME (Ball Manufacturing Excellence) self-assessment and improvement plan execution embedding standards in Operations way of working as per BME intent
- Develop and maintain a Plant Manufacturing Excellence Master plan that supports the delivery of the short and long term objectives of the business
- Lead business critical cross functional projects that either enable or directly deliver FFG (Fuel for growth) savings in the respective cost categories utilizing specified minimum project requirements
