Job title: Manufacturing Engineering Lead
About the Role The Manufacturing Engineering Lead will drive improvements in back-end process controls and operating efficiency to reduce non-conformances, costs, and scrap in the assigned area. This role requires strong collaboration with department supervision, operators, area managers, and Product/Process Engineering to implement and sustain process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Lead direct ownership of all post-cast processes (departments 650 through 690).
- Create, implement, and monitor process control systems for back-end processes.
- Collaborate with department supervision, operators, area managers, and Product/Process Engineering to drive improvements and ensure successful execution.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing engineering leadership with ownership of post-cast processes (departments 650–690).
- Experience creating, implementing, and monitoring process control systems to improve efficiency and reduce non-conformances, scrap, and costs.
- Strong ability to interact with supervision, operators, area managers, and Product/Process Engineering; excellent cross-functional collaboration.
- On-site availability for Wickliffe, Ohio.
