Job title: Manufacturing Engineering Lead
About the Role The Manufacturing Engineering Lead will drive improvements in back-end process controls and operating efficiency to reduce non-conformances, costs and scrap within the area. The Lead must be capable of interacting with department supervision, operators, area managers as well as Product/Process Engineering.
What You'll Do
- Lead direct ownership of all post cast processes (departments 650 through 690).
- Responsible for creation, implementation, and monitoring of process control systems for the back end processes.
- Collaborate with supervision, operators, area managers, and Product/Process Engineering to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing engineering with a track record of leading process-control improvements.
- Ability to interact effectively with department supervision, operators, area managers, and Product/Process Engineering.
- Familiarity with post cast processes (departments 650-690) and process-control concepts is helpful.
