About the Role The Manufacturing Engineer will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness. This role supports production operations by developing standardized work, validating processes, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure products are manufactured to specifications while meeting delivery, cost, and performance objectives. The position plays a key role in introducing new products and process changes, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles, and ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
