About the Role The Manufacturing Engineer will lead operational excellence initiatives across the investment casting manufacturing process, applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality. The role requires working cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement sustainable improvements.
