The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure stable, efficient, and cost-effective production operations. About Your Job: Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, labor utilization assessments, and equipment performance evaluations. Perform process balancing, productivity analysis, and bottleneck identification to improve throughput and operational efficiency. Lead and/or participate in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, quality enhancement, and cost optimization. Analyze production processes and implement corrective actions to improve quality, reduce scrap, and eliminate recurring process issues. Develop, maintain, and standardize work instructions, process documentation, SOPs, and manufacturing standards. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, process qualifications, and manufacturing validations. Analyze production capacity requirements and support expansion projects to meet customer demand. Identify, justify, and implement automation opportunities to improve productivity, ergonomics, and manufacturing consistency. Specify, validate, optimize, and troubleshoot production equipment, fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing systems. Collaborate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and new technologies. Drive safety and ergonomic improvements within manufacturing workstations and production environments. Partner closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and Planning teams to ensure successful project execution and operational alignment. Support manufacturing equipment integration projects, including process automation, robotics applications, equipment parameter optimization, and production line interfaces. About You:
