Job title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: North Falmouth, MA Pay Range: $90,800 – $121,100 annually Type: Direct Hire

Leddy Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a leading technology and manufacturing organization in North Falmouth, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, supporting product development efforts, and driving projects from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, analyze, troubleshoot, and support research and product development initiatives
• Plan, conduct, and technically direct projects and major project phases
• Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective engineering solutions
• Establish testing procedures, project timelines, resource requirements, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and evaluate results
• Recommend improvements to technical applications, processes, and analytical methods
• Specify materials, equipment, and supplies needed for project completion
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and technical solutions
• Provide technical consultation to engineering staff and management
• Resolve a broad range of technical issues using sound engineering judgment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and product development goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent mechanical engineering experience

• 5-7 years of experience in a mechanical design role

• SolidWorks 3D CAD experience

• Knowledge of standard ANSI drafting practices

• Familiarity with manufacturing and production methods

• Significant experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously

• Ability to travel as needed, including occasional international travel
