You will work closely with production teams, suppliers, and engineers to ensure safe, cost‑effective, and scalable manufacturing systems. Your Responsibilities: Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and safety. Design and plan equipment layouts, workflows, and machine setups to optimize plant utilization. Analyze production data and conduct feasibility and cost studies for new or improved manufacturing solutions. Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality documentation.
