About the Role Under supervisory direction, works closely with R&D and Manufacturing in the development of robust, capable, cost effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, materials and products and supports efficient and effective transfer of new products and processes into commercial production.
What You'll Do
- Contributes to the development of robust, cost-effective, safe manufacturing processes, equipment, materials and products.
- Supports the transfer of new products and processes into commercial production.
- Collaborates with R&D and Manufacturing teams to ensure processes meet business objectives.

- Ability to work under supervision and in a team environment.
- Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop manufacturing engineering skills.
