What You'll Do
- Lead the introduction of new manufacturing processes
- Design and optimize process flows to improve quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Technical or bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or engineering technology
- SolidWorks proficiency
- Knowledge of CNC and GD&T
- Experience with SPC/FMEA and lean/six sigma
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Epicor, SurfCAM, Mastercam, Esprit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $68k-$103k per year
- Onsite, Full-time position in Blaine, Minnesota
