About the Role
Based in Italy, you will facilitate delivery of the Leather Goods Strategy, monitor internal and external processes to improve agility, effectiveness and performance of the business. You will drive the programme by engaging stakeholders, managing delivery, communicating progress, identifying and managing issues and activating countermeasures in case of deviations from the plan, verifying results and transitioning the project into business as usual. You will also be responsible for optimization initiatives according to overall objectives and for development and update of the ERP system. What You'll Do
- To monitor production performance and promote actions aimed to improve them;
- To monitor external manufacturers performance and manage the Vendor Rating process;
- To monitor internal cutting performance, with a lean manufacturing approach;
