About the Role Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes in collaboration with Tier 1 suppliers. Lead supplier teams to identify root causes and resolve manufacturing and quality issues, while driving day-to-day operations and New Product Introduction within a hybrid work model. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, analyze, and implement manufacturing processes with Tier 1 suppliers.
- Lead Tier 1 supplier teams to identify root causes and resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
- Drive day-to-day manufacturing operations and New Product Introduction.
- Support cost reduction projects for Mass Production and New Product Introduction.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 tools (Line Balancing, Continuous Flow Layout, 5S, TPM, 7QS, CTQ, PFMEA, automation, digitization).
- Conduct LSS & Industry 4.0 audits to measure maturity and identify gaps.
