About the Role Getinge is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for Maquet Cardiovascular LLC at our Wayne, NJ site. The role focuses on building product by following defined processes to meet production goals and to support quality and safety standards. What You'll Do
- Build product by following all trained processes and meet manufacturing goals and metrics.
- Adhere to safety policies and the Getinge Quality Policy; ensure quality in all work.
- Maintain accurate records including training files and shop floor paperwork (SFP).
- Participate in Shared Leadership tasks and responsibilities as directed.
- Follow Getinge and site-specific policies and procedures; complete required training (QS Basics, Lean Training).
- Demonstrate basic SAP usage (if applicable) and maintain individual training records. What We're Looking For
- High School diploma (or equivalent) or 3 years of work experience preferred.
- 0-12 months of experience in a medical device-manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow processes with basic English communication; basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Strong teamwork orientation, flexibility, and willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Compensation & Benefits
