Job title: Manufacturing Associate
About the Role Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to execute work orders, pick parts for processing, drill prepped displays, and move parts between departments to support production. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and the physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
What You'll Do
- Understand work orders issued per lead and/or supervisor
- Understand work orders indicating required items for processing
- Pick parts and proceed to drill prepped displays
- Move parts within departments for additional work
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
- Ability to read a picking sheet and understand product codes
- Ability to identify colors based on color test
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form
- Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions
- Physical ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: USD 19.00 per hour (Hiring Pay Range)
